日本時間の11月12日午前、YouTubeの動画が閲覧できない問題が世界的規模で発生していた。

YouTubeのサイトにはアクセスできるが、動画を再生しても、待機状態のままとなったり、エラーが表示されていた。
この問題は日本時間11時過ぎ頃に解消され、現在では通常どおりアクセスできる。
