12月下旬発売 標準価格：148,000円 株式会社アイ・オー・データ機器は、PC1066準拠のRIMM2枚組み製品「RM1066E-512Mx2」を12月下旬より発売する。容量は1GB(512MB×2)で、価格は148,000円。
RIMM Validation取得のメモリモジュールを採用する。PC1066、tRAC=32準拠の184ピンRIMMで、ECCにも対応する。
