Intel、Core 2 Extreme QX9650のステッピングを変更

米Intelは25日(現地時間)、ボックス版のCore 2 Extreme Q9650のステッピングを変更するとした、Product Change Notificationを公開した。
ステッピングをC-0からC-1に変更する。これにともない、S-SpecとMM Numberが変更される。パッケージのピンの互換性は維持し、その他の電機/機械的な仕様と、熱設計などに変更はない。
ステッピング変更後の製品は3月3日より出荷する。
