P690 PCIe x16

　加Matrox Graphicsは16日(現地時間)、ファンレスビデオカード「Millennium P690」シリーズ6モデルを発表した。10月より出荷開始される。

　PCI Express x16接続の「P690 PCIe x16」、PCI接続の「P690 PCI」の価格は199ドル。LowProfileに対応するPCI Express x16接続の「P690 LP PCIe x16」、同x1接続の「P690 LP PCIe x1」の価格は249ドル。

P690 Plus LP PCIe x16

　オプションのケーブルを使うことでアナログ4画面出力が可能な「Plus」モデルも用意。PCI Express x16接続の「P690 Plus LP PCIe x16」、PCI接続の「P690 Plus LP PCI」の価格は289ドル。いずれもLowProfileに対応。4画面出力ケーブルが99ドル。

　P690シリーズは、従来モデルのP650シリーズを再設計した製品。製造プロセスは90nmとなり、消費電力を抑制。全モデルが12W以下の消費電力で、ファンレス動作が可能になった。「P690 PCIe x16」の消費電力は10Wだという。

　対応OSはWindows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Vistaで、x64版もサポート。ビデオメモリはDDR2で、容量は通常モデルが128MB、Plusモデルが256MB。

　インターフェイスは通常ブラケットの2製品がDVI-I×2、LowProfile製品がLFH60でDVI-I×2への変換ケーブルが付属。いずれも、DVI-I→ミニD-Sub15ピン変換アダプタが2つ同梱される。

　サポートする最大解像度は、デジタルが1,920×1,200ドット、アナログが2,048×1,536ドット。Plusモデルの4画面出力では、アナログ1,920×1,200ドットが最大となる。
