Pentium Extreme Edition

　米Intelは5月1日(現地時間)、OEM向けプロセッサ価格表を更新し、Pentium Extreme Edition 840と、超低電圧版Celeron M 383、および3月30日に発表されたXeon MPシリーズを追加した。

　1,000個ロット時の単価は、Pentium Extreme Edition 840(3.20GHz)が999ドル、超低電圧版Celeron M 383(1GHz)が161ドル。64bitに対応したXeon MPシリーズは、Xeon MP 3.33GHzが3,692ドル、同3GHzが1,980ドル、同2.83GHzが1,177ドル、同3.66GHzが963ドル、同3.16GHzが722ドル。

　また既存製品では、Intel 915PM Expressチップセット、および同GM Expressチップセットを搭載したCentrino製品がそれぞれ2ドル値下げされた。
